PreConstruction
The preconstruction phase of a project is just as important as the actual construction.
Under preconstruction, we create the rules and boundaries of the project, including the overall scope of work. We also identify any potential problems and create an in-depth building plan, which helps us define the project’s comprehensive cost and schedule.
